I spent almost a half a decade figuring out what I really wanted to do with my life;; and when I had finally decided that it was Culinary , I never thought that looking for the right school to pursue this passion would be as hard as choosing whether to order a chocolate soufflé or a chocolate truffles which are equally delightful.
I surveyed among friends, relatives, and search through the internet and read discussions regarding this matter and I was able to narrow my options from five to three.
Now, am choosing between the Center for Asian and Culinary Studies (CACS), International School for Culinary Arts Hotel Management (ISCAHM) and Global Academy. Each has its Pros and Cons. I considered accessibility, quality of education, and internship opportunities. I called, email and send queries to address these concerns.

But am leaning towards taking classes at CACS because its closer to our place and more accessible; in terms of parking space it is super easy to find one; and plus points to its receptionist because when I called to inquire about the course they offer, I was able to feel that the person I was talking to had mastery of the program, also she emphasize the fact that CACS is the only institution in the Philippines that provides its student the opportunity to have both internship (at its own restaurant Cafe Ysabel) and externship (hotel and other local restaurants)during the duration of the course which made me feel that being in CACS would be the best place for me. Another thing that encourages me to apply in CACS is this video I found through in YouTube.
but my journey does not end here. I am still on the process of comparing these institutions and I hope that in time I would be able to come up with the decision on where to go. :)
